Outdoor footwear is strictly not permitted inside the gym. Members are kindly requested to use a separate pair of clean shoes for indoor use.
The use of a small towel during workouts is mandatory for equipment hygiene and sanitation.
Smoking and the possession or use of drugs are strictly prohibited within the gym premises and throughout the building.
Bringing food into the gym is not permitted. However, hydration beverages (water, electrolytes) are allowed.
